Our Client Services Department is ready and willing to assist you in your quest to give your patients the best care possible. We use couriers who are employed by Interscope Pathology so you can be assured that your patient’s specimen will receive quality care from the moment you give it to us. Our couriers are our first line of customer service contact for you. Any concerns you may have that you address to them will immediately be brought to the attention of the appropriate staff at Interscope. Our couriers also deliver results and supplies to your office. We have a Client Services Representative who will visit your office on a regular basis just to be sure you are continuing to receive unparalleled service from us.
In house we have a Client Service Manager who can assist you with any other
questions, you may have.
