Our Client Services Department is ready and willing to assist you in
your quest to give your patients the best care possible.
We use couriers who are employed by Interscope Pathology so you can
be assured that your patient’s specimen will receive quality care
from the moment you give it to us. Our couriers are our first line
of customer service contact for you. Any concerns you may have that
you address to them will immediately be brought to the attention of
the appropriate staff at Interscope.
Our couriers also deliver results and supplies to your office. As a courtesy to our clients, Interscope Pathology will forward specimens to a reference lab, track test status and deliver the results to the client, for tests not peformed by Interscope Pathology. Please call for specimen requirements.
We have a Client Services Representative who will visit your office
on a regular basis to ensure you are continuing to receive
unparalleled service from us.
