client servicesOur Client Services Department is ready and willing to assist you in your quest to give your patients the best care possible.

Interscope Pathology employs its own dispatch staff so you can be assured that your patient’s specimen will receive quality care from the moment you give it to us. Our couriers are our first line of customer service contact for you. If you have a concern, feel free to let them know; they will immediately bring this to the attention of the appropriate staff at Interscope.

Our couriers also deliver results and supplies to your office. As a courtesy to our clients, Interscope Pathology will forward specimens to a reference lab, track test status and deliver the results to your office for tests not performed by IPMG. Please note that we do not stock supplies for other labs so please call first for specimen requirements.

We have a Client Services Representative who will visit your office on a regular basis to ensure you are continuing to receive unparalleled service from us. In addition, when you, your office staff, or one of your patients calls Interscope there will always be a person answering the call—we do not have an automated system.
